Shipping + Delivery

HH is not responsible and does not refund for any stolen or lost packages. please make sure that your delivery address is accurate + a secure shipping location. HH currently only ships to United States shipment locations.

any shipment dates provided on the HH website are an estimate of shipping time. shipping time may differ from the estimate. all items are shipped in HH’s packaging using USPS. once items are with the postal carrier, HH does not have information about your order outside the tracking number provided.

returns + exchanges

all sales are final. HH does not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including custom orders. please refer to the size details on each item before purchasing.

custom orders

HH will follow up on every custom order request with details on pricing + time estimates. filling out a custom order form does not require payment + does not constitute a final purchase. custom order pricing is based on item type, item color, + paint requests.

colors

the images on the website attempt to capture paint + item color as accurately as possible. some colors may appear different in person.
