how do I care for my HH item?

dry clean for best care or hand wash in cold water. if using a washing machine, select gentle press wash + cold water settings.

hang to dry.

minimize washing when possible.

your HH item may change over time with many washes. that’s okay! well-loved, lived-in clothes are the coolest.

how long until i receive my custom order?

custom orders take a minimum of 4 weeks to fulfill. all available, ready to order pieces can be found on shop all.

how much does a custom order cost?

all custom orders start at $250. final custom order price is dependent on design complexity + material. for more information on custom order price details visit the custom order page. note that the prices listed are the minimum amount for each item. prices will increase depending on your order request. all custom orders require 50% nonrefundable deposit to confirm the order.

what if my hh item doesn’t fit?

please refer to size + fit details on each piece before purchasing. if ordering a custom, HH will work with you to find a piece that fits your style, size, + vibe.

what is your return policy?

HH does not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including custom orders. all sales are final.

what if my package is lost or stolen?

HH is not responsible + does not refund for any stolen or lost packages. please make sure that your delivery address is accurate + a secure shipping location. HH currently only ships to United States shipment locations. please contact the shipping carrier directly for additional inquiries about the delivery status of your order.
